At Spiceology, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your flavors; if your spices don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA inside the box, then ship them back to our Spokane headquarters using your preferred carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
